Friday's NCAA Cross Country West Regional Championships was record breaking for the Lions. LMU Cross Country had 10 of its 14 runners set personal records at the meet, with two others setting season-best marks. LMU's women finished in the top half of the competition, led by senior Sheree Shea who finished 11th in the race, qualifying her for the NCAA Cross Country National Championships next Saturday. Weston Strum was in front of the men's team which finished 19th at the Regionals.
