As the calendar flips to the month of May, the home stretch of the 2015 LMU outdoor track season regular season begins this weekend as the Lions compete at Stanford's Payton Jordan Invitational and the Steve Scott Invitational, hosted by UC Irvine.

Danielle Shanahan and Kayla de Bondt finished one-two in the 1,500m run Saturday to lead the LMU men's and women's track teams at the Triton Invitational hosted by UC San Diego.

It was another busy and successful weekend on the track for the LMU men and women who had athletes competing on Thursday and Friday at the Mt. SAC Invitational and Saturday at the Beach Invite.
